ChangeLog: 

* Makefile.am: Avoid rebuilding as much of the program as possible for testing.
(UNIT_TEST_SOURCES, UNIT_TEST_SRC_SUPPORT, UNIT_TEST_OBJ_SUPPORT): New.
(unit_tester_SOURCES, nodist_unit_tester_SOURCES, unit_tester_LDADD): Use them.
(tester_SOURCES): Remove $(SANITY_CORE_SOURCES) and $(LUAEXT_SOURCES).
(tester_LDADD): Instead, link the mtn- versions of those objects.
(mtn_LDADD, unit_tester_LDADD, tester_LDADD): Link libplatform.a before 
lib3rdparty.a.
