ChangeLog: 

* testsuite.lua: Rename lua-testsuite.lua.
* tester-plaf.hh, unix/tester-plaf.cc, win32/tester-plaf.cc: New files
containing most of the system-specific code formerly in ...
* tester.cc: ... here.
* Makefile.am: Make testsuites runnable in parallel.
(TESTS, run_lua_tests, run_unit_tests, run_tester_tests): Delete.
(check-local, run_%_tests, %_tests.status): New rules.
(check_PROGRAMS, DISTCLEANFILES): Update to match.
(libplatform_a_SOURCES, UNIX_PLATFORM_SOURCES, WIN32_PLATFORM_SOURCES): Add
tester-plaf.hh, unix/tester-plaf.cc, win32/tester-plaf.cc respectively.
