ChangeLog: 

* Attributes.cpp: its get_attributes from mtn 0.36 onwards
* Monotone.h/.cpp: skip the version test, instead rely solely on the 
reported interface version and introduce a minimum and maximum allowed
interface version with which the software should work
* Guitone.cpp, Preferences.cpp: adapt messages for invalid mtn 
installations accordingly
* guitone_de.ts: translate the new messages
* guitone.pro: set new GUITONE_VERSION (0.6.4)
