ChangeLog: 

* cmd_ws_commit.c (revert): make the restricted roster from the 
  new_roster to the old_roster not the other way around so that
  the restriction makes sense and doesn't exclude required parent
  directories
* tests/fetching_nonexistent_entry_from_children_bug/__driver__.lua:
  un-xfail and add commit message so it tries to commit
  the result is now a missing file because the restricted name doesn't
  agree with the filesystem
* tests/restricted_diff_bug/__driver__.lua:
  un-xfail and expect it to fail with a missing file as above
* tests/restrictions_with_renames_and_adds/__driver__.lua:
  previously failling nonsensical requests now succeed
  (although this may still be considered nonsense)
