ChangeLog: 

* Fixed two warnings which clobbered the windows build log: the macro
  NDEBUG gets defined on the command line (CFLAGS) already, and it's
  also used by sqlite code, which in turn does not include base.hh.
  Thus I've removed the define it from base.hh.
* Secondly change ui.hh to speak of system_path as a class, not a struct.
