ChangeLog: 

- Now state what version of Perl is required.
- Startup the mtn process on creation of the object (needed for the automate
  stdio interface version).
- Changed the get_attributes and inventory methods to support version 0.36 and
  0.37 of Monotone.
- Now more explicit about testing for undefined values.
- The heads method no longer expects a mandatory branch name.
- The unescape routine now returns undef if given undef.
- mtn-tester logs all `OOPS' style output to stderr for ease of checking.
- Updated documentation.
