ChangeLog: 

* Instead of simply taking a time_t on where to split a blob,
  split_blob_at() now accepts a functor. This allows us to define
  more precisely where to split a blob, as needed for blobs with are
  in two branches or for blobs which have conflicting events with equal
  timestamps.
