ChangeLog: 

* Replaced the cvs_event member 'time' with two new ones, namely
  'given_time' and 'adj_time', so that we can adjust the timestamps
  before toposorting, so that we at least have monotonically increasing
  timestamps within a single file.
  The 'given_time' is kept for reference.
