ChangeLog: 

* Removed some quick fixes, where we couldn't decide for a blob when
  splitting. The split_by_path functor now takes only exactly one
  path, if the events has any dependency on that one path, gets put
  in one blob, otherwise in the other. No more cases in between!
* That requires an additional check for which path to pass to the
  split_by_path functor in case (a_has_branch && b_has_branch). Since
  we can only pass one path. We simply take one that works.
