ChangeLog: 

* Fixed a memory leak by returning values instead of newly created
  objects in cvs_blob.begin() and cvs_blob.end().
* Cache the affiliation of an event to a blob(index). This makes
  calls to get_blob_of() much simpler and saves CPU time.
