ChangeLog: 

* Corrected dependencies of branch_end events.
* Instead of bailing out, we now issue a warning and remove back edges
  in the branch sanitizer. I'm still curious about why such back edges
  can pop up at that stage.
* Only allow a blob to have exactly one parent blob. The branch
  sanitizer should take care of that.
* Increased the default write_graphviz depth to 5.
