ChangeLog: 

* Removed shared_ptr<> from cvs_events. These are now simply leaking,
  but as they are never freed until the very end of the import, that
  doesn't matter. On the other hand, this saves a great deal of
  memory, as we possibly have lots and lots of these small event
  objects. Reference counting is not needed for them.
