ChangeLog: 

* GetAttributes.h/cpp: create the AttributeList on the stack, rather than
on the heap; new functions hasDroppableAttributes() and dropAllAttributes()
* AttributesView.h/cpp: use them here to determine if we can drop all
attributes of a file at once
