* MonotoneManager.cpp: throw a better exception message
* Guitone.cpp (loadFromPath): if the path is non-existant or not a file
or directory, catch that exception and ensure the path is removed from
all the recent lists - since we do this here now for all load requests,
remove the specific try/catch code from...
