ChangeLog: 

* generalized the determination of the default click/doubleclick/menu
action in getDefaultAction(), which is now used in all the appropriate
places
* getSingleSelection() is now const
* bugfix: make sure the default action for unknown / ignored files is open
* default action for non-content-changed files is now commit
* separate itemClicked() slot into itemClicked() and itemDoubleClicked(),
connect the former slot only to the clicked() signal in tree mode
and the latter only to the doubleClicked() signal in list mode
