ChangeLog: 

* MonotoneThread.cpp: some commands output spurious content on stderr
without failing (f.e. automate genkey) - make sure we do not abort their
tasks when encountering these outputs
* Keys.cpp: reset the internal storage and view when we get new data, not
already when we query them (if we query two times, we get the data two
times and append them, which is stupid)
* KeyManagement.cpp: do not query the keys already in the ctor
* DatabaseDialogManager.cpp: forgot to connect the generateKeypair() signal
with our showGenerateKeypair() slot here...
