ChangeLog: 

* guitone.pro: run lupdate and lrelease directly after creating the 
Makefile (assumes that both reside in PATH, otherwise this will fail...) -
unless somebody has a better way to do it (without saying "distribute the
qm files!"), I'll stick with that
* build.sh: useless if guitone.pro / qmake does the i18n stuff
* README: remove the build.sh reference, update the known bugs list, raise
the minimum mtn requirement
* NEWS: added a few more noteworthy things
