ChangeLog: 

* restrictions.hh/cc (path_restriction): added a new argument to the ctor
to optionally skip the extistence checks for unknown files
* automate.cc (CMD(inventory)): ...used here to be able to restrict the
inventory output on missing / old nodes (not quite working yet, since
unrelated nodes are shown as missing as well... have to have a deeper
look into this)
