 * mtn-sanity.cc (mtn_sanity::relaxed): Delete write-only variable.
   (mtn_sanity::set_relaxed): Delete its setter function too.
   (real_sanity): Make static.
 * mtn-sanity.hh (mtn_sanity): Update.
   (real_sanity): Don't declare.
 * revision.cc: Include sanity.hh, not mtn-sanity.hh.
   (build_roster_style_revs_from_manifest_style_revs): Don't call
   real_sanity.set_relaxed.
