ChangeLog: 

 * Updated `normalize_rev()` to follow both, the 0.10 and the current
   (0.11devel) vc api. Handle special revision names. Also handle (the
   string) `"None"`, which seems to be generated by trac 0.10
   sometimes.
 * New error class `MultipleChangesets` for the special monotone case
   of a revision selector yielding more than one revision.
 * New method `_get_changeset()` which bypasses revision
   normalization.
 * Increase version number.
