ChangeLog: 

* Removed an optimization which could have saved some djikstra runs,
  but didn't work in the first place :-(

  Instead of relying on the primary DFS, which marks certain blobs
  as black, and which thus can't be the origin of a cross path, we now
  check for cross paths everytime in handle_paths_of_cross_edge.
