ChangeLog: 

* Fixed the operator in get_youngest_event_time(), so it doesn't always
  return zero, but the max value found.
* More debugging output in case DEBUG_BLOB_SPLITTER is enabled, and
  an add_dependency() is asked to add a dependency which violates
  timestamp logic by more than one minute.
* Improved debugging output of log_path(): now it also tracks the
  timespan of the events in the blob, from oldest to youngest event
* Added a calculate_age_limit() function, which can be used before
  calling dijkstra_shortest_path().
* Removed the expensive extra check for back edges, before inserting
  a new dependency. We will hit an invariant on discovery of a
  back_edge in the branch_sanitizer anyway.
