ChangeLog: 

* guitone.pro: version / mtn interface version pushed (for no-corresponding
renames stuff)
* InventoryItem.h/cpp: we mark items which are about to be expanded
explicitely as so, so a great deal of re-querying will not have to be done
in this case
* Inventory.cpp: use no-corresponding-renames option in restricted queries;
remove the checks for unknown / source items which could not be restricted
to in previous mtn versions
