ChangeLog: 

* Instead of fiddling with oldest and youngest events, we now use the
  average blob time as the criterion for abortion of dijkstra runs. We
  will have to make sure, those timestamps are always correct with
  regard to the dependencies, so they can serve as a sort of graph
  height for early aborting dijkstra.
* Removed the savety margin for age_limit checks. As we now use the
  final blob avgerage age, that's not necessary anymore.
* Removed cvs_blob::max_neg_dependency_time_diff, as we don't use that
  anymore.
