ChangeLog: 

* Removed lots of encoding and decoding steps to and from hex from
  database.cc. As we now use binary representation in the database as
  well as within monotone itself, those aren't needed anymore. Or at
  least they have moved.
* Corrected revision data parsing, to unhex the hex strings read.
* Add hexification for certain warnings and debugging output (instead of
  printing out binary contents).
* Made that hexification conditional for debugging output, at least on
  some places now.
