ChangeLog: 

* Makefile.am (UNIT_TEST_OBJ_SUPPORT): remove mtn-selectors.o.
* restrictions.hh: Define WORK_ARGDECL, conditional on BUILD_UNIT_TESTS.
  Use it in declarations of all node_restriction and path_restriction
  constructors.
* restrictions.cc: Prune headers.  Define WORK_ARGDECL, WORK_ARG, and
  WORK_IGNORE_FILE, conditional on BUILD_UNIT_TESTS.
  Use these macros in the definitions of validate_roster_paths,
  validate_workspace_paths, and all node_restriction and path_restriction
  constructors.  In unit tests, do not declare app_state objects nor pass
  workspace objects to node_restriction/path_restriction constructors.
