ChangeLog: 

* changeset_browser.ui: dropdown box to select a parent revision for which 
to show the changeset
* GetRevision.h/.cpp: return the currently set parent revision of the model
* ChangesetBrowser.h/cpp: support for showing the file diff of patched
files in the change view; also support for switching the parent revision
in the change view
