ChangeLog: 

 * cmd_netsync.cc, gsync.{cc,hh}: added a --dry-run option to gsync

 * gsync.cc: added a transaction guard to push_revs() and pull_revs(),
   mark the pulled revision as made_for_database, uncommented the
   database writing commands, instead made them conditional on the
   dryrun flag.
