ChangeLog: 

        Merge in all changes from net.venge.monotone and rework the H:
        hack.  The following changes are therefore relative to the current head
        of net.venge.monotone:

        * selectors.cc: Implement the concept of meta selectors (currently
        called 'magic' in the wiki), and most specifically the H: one.
        (meta_selector_types, decode_meta_selector): New enum and function
        to decode meta selectors.
        (parse_selector): Changed to use decode_meta_selector() as well.
        (complete_selector): Handle the given meta selector after having
        found the list of revisions.
        * tests/heads_of_certs/__driver.lua__: New test for H:.
