ChangeLog: 

* MonotoneManager.h/cpp: add a boolean to disable the upper-bound
version check for the mtn interface version - this is handy in case a
newer version of monotone is released which may still work overall with
an older version of guitone and the user just wants to take the risk of
using these two versions together.
* Preferences.h/cpp: ...add a checkbox to enable this "relaxed"
version checking explicitely and throw out a warning if it is activated
* preferences.ui: the mentioned checkbox + some layout fixes for OSX 10.5
* Guitone.cpp: ...also check for the relaxed version option on startup
* guitone_de.ts: translated this stuff
* guitone.pro: new version 0.7.1 set; set OSX target explicitely to 10.4,
otherwise we get compilation problems on 10.5
* NEWS: note the changes and the new release
