ChangeLog: 

add two essential checks to the 'ssh_agent' test suite to show that since 
Monotone 0.40 the commit operation is actually unable to commit through the 
loaded key in the SSH-agent (the test suite until now never performed a commit 
operation with a password protected key at all)
