ChangeLog: 

 * database.cc: passing the prefix to match as a hex string, so that
   the add_prefix_matching_constraint() function knows the full prefix,
   not only a binary one (which might lack the last nibble).

   Added a second WHERE clause, to check for the last nibble (the last
   hex character) which cannot be checked with binary 

 * tests/i_selector/__driver__.lua: expecting that test to succeed now.
