ChangeLog: 

* Inventory.cpp: the --depth option interpretation has changed with 0.40,
we need to query with "2" now which has the same meaning like "1" before
(the current node + its children and grand children) - fixes FS#14
* README: document that this won't work with 0.39 (the interface_version
hasn't changed sadly)
* NEWS: reword the hint that incremental workspace loading is supported
by now
