ChangeLog: 

* cmd_netsync.cc: quick implementation of automate pull (still has the
problem that it may prompt for a password, which needs to be changed)
* cmd_automate.cc: ensure that we're always using the stdio ticker
when an automation command is ran over stdio
* sanity.hh/cc: new function maybe_write_to_out_of_band_handler
* ui.hh/cc: a new ticker type "stdio" which is only used internally
if an automation command needs a ticker; writes to the out of base
band handler if there is any; if not, no output is generated
