ChangeLog: 

* Info.plist.in: hide the app from the dock and the menu globally
* GuitoneStandalone.cpp: explicitely put the app to the foreground again
in case we're running in standalone mode
* et al: remove the crappy QApplication::Type disambiguation which didn't
work as expected anyways (in Tty mode we have no dock icon, but are also
unable to create widgets at all...)
