ChangeLog: 

A couple of kludges around minor issues in the Botan configuration.
(One of them is an actual bug, which has already been reported
upstream and fixed there.)

 * botan/configure.pl: Don't install readme.txt, which was not part of our
   original import.
 * botan/misc/config/os/defaults, botan/misc/config/os/solaris:
   Don't use install's -u or -g options, which break "make install"
   as an unprivileged user.
