ChangeLog: 

* Settings.h/cpp: removed get/setConsole/FileLogEnabled methods; they're
now simply handled by get/setBool
* DebugLog.h/cpp: remove the getFile/ConsolgeLogEnabled handlers; remove
the calls to Settings setters there (we like to do this explicit)
* preferences.ui, Preferences.h/cpp: make it possible to reset guitone's
settings back to the defaults
* NEWS: note the changes
