ChangeLog: 

* InventoryView.cpp: convert the model indexes to source indexes before
we send them out into the wild
* Inventory.cpp: improve the error handling: if we receive a "path unknown"
error we just want to remove the according item from the model and do not
yell out loudly
* InventoryWatcher.cpp: uncommented the removal of watched files for a
moment, since this crashes for some weird reason; overall the updating
seems to work, but is unstable in a few cases I have yet to figure out
