ChangeLog: 

* MonotoneThread.cpp: we can no longer leave a non-english locale activated
since we need to parse the error output for inventory - so good by localized
mtn errors, hello error-code free error handling mess...
* InventoryView.h/cpp: improved index conversion by introducing a couple of
inlined helper functions; fixed a bug in the list view where a right-click
on the empty background still brought up the popup menu of any previously
selected item(s) (bug in changeDirectory); const-ified all parts where we
deal with (Model|Inventory|Pseudo)Items; add a comment on top of
changeDirectory why we do this hilarious forward and backward converting 
of model indexes
* InventoryWatcher.cpp: do a qobject_cast
