ChangeLog: 

* tests/db_data_format_checking, tests/non_workspace_keydir:
  Don't use mtn serve.
* tests/pid_file_and_log_handles_open_failures: Use serve --stdio
  instead of serve --bind; check more precisely for the error condition
  we are trying to trigger.

* tests/non_workspace_keydir: Do not mess with HOME/APPDATA here.
* testlib.lua (run_one_test): Create an empty subdirectory of each test
  directory and set HOME/APPDATA to that directory.
* tests/automate_inventory, tests/automate_inventory_ignore_dirs
* tests/automate_inventory_restricted, tests/two_parent_workspace_list
* tests/syntax_errors_in_.mtn-ignore: Update lists of expected files to
  recognize the empty home directory created by run_one_test.
