ChangeLog: 

 * Brought the previous invariant in get_best_split_point() in place
   again. Instead check for such silly events already in
   resolve_intra_blob_conflicts_for_blob().
 * Make sure we never try to insert the same rid twice into the set of
   parent_rids for an artificial revision.
