ChangeLog: 

* paths.{hh,cc}: new operator / for bookkeeping path to get a file_path appended
* work.cc: move left-over files into _MTN/leftover/<date> on update, so they 
won't conflict with later attachs / drops of the actual nodes; this code could 
probably be better placed (i.e. I'm not really sure if anything in 
simulated_working_tree should actually change in the workspace), but it works 
there just reasonably well. I'm open for suggestions...
