ChangeLog: 

 * moved sqlite to the Attic, dropped all reference to sqlite3 files from
   configure.ac and Makefile.am. Instead use the system provided library.
 * base.hh: Add a wrapper for the missing sqlite3_prepare_v2() function which
   is missing from sqlite3 older than 3.3.14.
 * m4/lua.m4: corrected CFLAGS vs CPPFLAGS issue
 * m4/sqlite.m4: implemented a MTN_FIND_SQLITE function, which is not quite
   complete, yet.
 * tests/fail_cleanly_on_unreadable_db/__driver__.lua: mark as failing.
