ChangeLog: 

move sqlite to the Attic

 * Makefile.am: remove SQLITE_SOURCES and CFLAGS, add SQLITE_LIBS
 * configure.ac: add MTN_FIND_SQLITE and remove MTN_SQLITE_DEPENDENCIES
 * database.cc, schema_migration.cc: clean up includes to use <sqlite3.h>
   instead of "sqlite/sqlite3.h"
 * m4/sqlite.m4: copied from m4/botan.m4 and modified for sqlite

passes all tests excecpt fail_cleanly_on_unreadable_db which appears to be due
to a change in behaviour between the bundled version (3.4.2) and my system
installed version (3.5.9)
