minor tweaks to git_export command

 * cmd_othervcs.cc (git_export): use a ticker to report export progress; wrap a
   long line; use "unknown" rather than "master" for branches with no branch
   certs; add git refs for monotone roots and leaves as refs/mtn/roots/<revid>
   and refs/mtn/leaves/<revid>
