* cmd_othervcs.cc (git_export): 
* git_export.{cc,hh} (export_changes): add --use-one-changelog option
* monotone.texi: document method for extracting author, committer and branch
  lists that may need adjusting with --authors-file and --branches-file
  mappings; document --use-one-changelog option
* options_list.hh (use_one_changelog): new option to disable changelog and
  comment message concatenation
