ChangeLog: 

add --revision option to log that works with existing --from and --to options

* NEWS: add entry describing new --revision option accepted by mtn log
* cmd_diff_log.cc (log): add --revision option and update command documentation;
  only use workspace base revision as starting point if no --revision option is
  given; make sure first_rid is set when the workspace base revision is used as
  the starting point; complete --revision selectors and add them to a selected
  revisions set; assert that the first_rid is set when creating a restriction;
  when logging only selected revisions use them as the starting frontier
  otherwise use the starting revisions specified with --from or defaulted; only
  log revisions that are found in the --revisions set if one is specified; don't
  add "interesting" revs to the frontier when logging specific revisions
* monotone.texi: update my copyright line; add log to the list of restricted
  commands; add --revision and --no-graph options to log command; update
  documentation of various log options; add documentation for --revision and
  --no-graph options
* tests/log_from_to_revision/__driver__.lua: new test of log with --from, --to
  and --revision options
