ChangeLog: 

only revert attrs on selected paths

* cmd_ws_commit.cc (revert): fix broken "skipping unchanged..." message; revert
  attributes only on paths that are being reverted; add note that this can't
  quite work for non-existent attributes; remove call to update_any_attrs that
  resets attrs on *all* paths, not just those being reverted
* tests/revert_attrs/__driver__.lua: new test of revert with attributes
* tests/clobbered_attrs/__driver__.lua: un-xfail clobbering revert case
