ChangeLog: 

- Set the page size attribute on all spin buttons to zero. This stops warning
  messages on Ubuntu. I can see its point, where is the page size attribute
  documented?
- Now much more pedantic about using the callback recursion guard variable in
  all window creation code. Again stops error messages on Ubuntu.
