ChangeLog: 

Keypairs get saved in a file named with the key hash, should probably remove
any old file named after the key name. Also fix hooks that return key identities
to work when nothing is returned, and fix the 
read_and_convert_old_privkey_packet
test to handle the new keystore naming convention and 'ls certs' output.
